LopArt Software User License

By purchasing this license for the use of LopArt (henceforth "the Software") you agree to respect and abide by the following conditions:

… Les produits logiques LopLop Inc. (henceforth "LopLop") is sole proprietor of all rights relating to the Software and all accompanying files, including but not limited to databases, images, and documentation. The Software is protected under Canadian and international laws governing copyright.
… You may install and use the Software on all computers in your (class) (school) (school board).
… You may not copy the Software onto any other support except for the purpose of retaining an archival copy.
… The rights accorded to you under the terms of the present license are non-transferable.
… LopLop cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during installation and/or use of the Software. The Software is furnished "AS IS" and LopLop does not warrant that the Software is free of errors.
… The warranty offered by LopLop is limited to replacement of the defective physical support of the Software.
… The present license does not apply to the use of the internet functions contained in the Software, namely the sending of virtual postcards and access to the www.lopart.net Museum. LopLop reserves the right to modify access to these functions.
